Southeastern University is located in Lakeland, Florida and was originally founded in 1935 as an institute that educated those who felt a calling to full-time ministry.  Over the decades, it has grown into the liberal arts university that it is today, offering degree programs for just about every field of study and equipping students for whatever God is calling them to.  It is currently one of the fastest growing private Universities in America.

In 2014 Southeastern started to partner with local church to offer their fully accredited degree programs to their churches.  In just 6 years this program has now become nationwide as churches from coast to coast have created this partnership.  It gives students the opportunity to get their education at a much lower cost, obtain SACS accreditation, and receive hands-on ministry experience as a part of their education.

Southeastern provides you an admissions counselor, financial aid counselor, academic advisor, your online courses, and professors.  Metro Church provides you supplemental seminars, ministry experience, internships and practicums, community with other students, lower cost for courses, and additional academic support.

These seminars not only provide the students opportunity to meet their professors face-to-face, but it also allows the students opportunity to meet with each other and spend time with one another in a classroom setting.
